Pork Chops

I have orange pork chops in the oven.  You mix 1 1/2 cups of water and 4 Tbsp. of margarine and when melded, mix with a pouch of pork Stove Top Stuffing, spread that on the bottom of a baking dish, top with 4 boneless pork chops, then top the chops with 1/2 cup of orange marmalade mix with a Tbsp. of mustard.  Chop a can of mandarin oranges and mix with the mustard and marmalade.  Spread atop the chops.  Bake 45 minutes at 375.
